Balance is a real challenge for most high performing employees. Managing time working and being available to everyone and doing your best thinking is not easy. Long periods of high performance lead to limited creativity and could cause burnout. What is needed is an intentional space for disconnection from work and re-alignment with self. Plumb Line Ignite creates this space for high-performers to ensure long term contribution and commitment.
Plumb Line Journeys combine elements of learning, physical challenge and rest to ignite new levels of creativity and motivation. We take employees on adventure-based trips to gain new perspective on a personal level through a structured programme of reflection and rest. The journey ensures daily exercise on your bicycle with time to chat to colleagues, taking in the scenery and pushing your own limits. We facilitate an ideal platform to disconnect from work to rediscover motivation and build resilience whilst having a lot of fun!

Rhythm of the journey
Plumb Line Ignite takes you on a four-day cross country trip where you pedal from point A to B in your own time. You stay in comfortable B&Bs in rural towns and farms, enjoy hearty meals and the fresh air and perspective that only mountain biking can provide. Distances vary from 60 to 80 km per day, with ample time to stop for a coffee or a craft beer along the way. Transfers, accommodation, training materials and two daily meals included.
Our daily rhythm includes reflections on what is important to you, what you need at this stage and to connect with your inner drive at a deep level. We share tools and techniques to become excellent at accessing your creative thoughts and inspirations.
Evenings are for sharing stories, good food and being intentional about rest.
The rhythm of the journey sets you up for the next chapter at work and will revitalise you in a unique way!

A variety of well-planned routes are available to suit the preferences of the group and all journeys are facilitated by experienced and well-trained facilitators.
